My husband moved to Barcelona in July 2015. 3 months prior I had contacted Daniela for a property listing . We were in constant contact for the month before arriving to Barcelona to look at flats by the time we arrived she knew exactly what we were looking for. I am from China, purchased the property in Barcelona several months ago with help of the Miss Daniela.
At the beginning, she kindly introduced some information of Barcelona, like its tourism, culture, history, climate, city environment, geography and education. I began to interest in the city of Barcelona through her introduction. Then she recommended the way of property choice and relative circumstance, as well as some properties for me. After three months communication by email, I decided to visit Barcelona. We met in Barcelona in February, she showed me visit a property in downtown. It did not satisfied me, but I really like to have a property in the city. There was not enough time to visit more properties. I decided to communicate with her for further understand. I met Daniella while we were buying a property in Barcelona in 2014. Although we did not purchase one of the properties that Daniella had on offer, I was concerned about how to manage the property we had bought through another agent while living remotely in London. Daniella referred me to Stephane from Peace of Mind services. Stephane has organised everything for us since our purchase of the property including minor refurbishment, purchase of furniture and white goods, replacement of our boiler, connection of internet services as well as coordinating cleaning of the apartment for our guests.
Stephane is organised and always ready to help. Once when I left my wallet in the apartment he visited and had it sent to me with in a couple of days. This certainly gave me Peace of Mind!!!

Buying a property in Spain is a dream of many people. Wonderful weather, culture, art...
We recently bought an apartment close to Barcelona that needed renovations. A daunting task if you have to do that all the way from another country because there is a mindless amount of paperwork, permits that must be completed, etc. and everything in Spanish.
We had the privilege of meeting Stephan and Daniela from Peace of Mind. They helped us with the complete project. If I say helped then I mean: they did everything! They took charge of the entire project. They spent hours with us looking for tiles (ceramics), furniture, the right builder, buying the dishwasher, fridge, name it. They oversaw each minor detail with precision and made useful suggestions, understanding the work ethics and local culture. They went out of their way to ensure that we could just give an instruction or send a request and they made sure it was handled with precision. Nothing was ever too small for them to attend to! Stephan appointed true artisans that took pride in a job well done.
Their professionalism cannot be faulted. They were always willing to see things from our point of view so we felt that they had our interests at heart. What a lovely surprise when they took care of the final deep cleaning in preparation of my arrival. There they were ready to celebrate with us with wine and traditional snacks. I can think of no warmer welcome. We now count them as true friends!
We can highly recommend Stephan and Daniela of Peace of Mind. I have seldom met people that are so committed to their job.
For the duration of this project we had… peace of mind.

We purchased our apartment in Feb 2015 and have had an exceptional service ever since, from Daniele finding us a great property and following through to completion, to Stephane who arranged all of the renovations and looks after any requests that we have on a daily basis, no matter how big or small. this includes cleaning, washing, wifi issues, basically anything!
Their attention to detail is amazing and they have a genuine 'can do' attitude. They are also very nice people. I simply don't know what we would do without them!

We were interested in buying a property in Barcelona for retirement and an investment and had no idea where to begin. We saw some flats for sale on the internet and Daniela responded to our inquiries. She did an excellent job answering questions and got us more interested in the whole idea. Before long we were off to Barcelona to look at some potential properties. On the first trip we found a flat which we liked and she worked with us the bank to purchase the property. Afterwards it needed some renovations to the layout and this is where Stephan and his contractors helped. The whole process was turnkey. There were some ups and downs but Daniela and Stephan stayed right on top of the project and paperwork to get it completed. Now our flat is rented and ‘Peace of Mind’ proved its own name.

We bought a property through Daniela two years ago. We live in Canada and without Daniela and Stephan help owning a peoperty in Barcelona would have been impossible. They helped us enormously, from recommending lawyers, arranging and visiting properties, recommending foreign exchange firm to renovating and furnishing the flat. Everything went smoothly and couldn't have been more happier. They even took care of applying for a tourist licence and provide a rental service through a partner. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property overseas.

Peace of mind is very appropriate as living in the UK with an overseas property can be stressful also with limited language skills and lack of local knowledge , my husband and I feel a lot calmer knowing this company will deal with ( and has dealt) with any problems. I've had property in BCN for 15 years and it's only recently have I used management services. Should have done it sooner .

I bought a property through Daniela over a year ago. All went smoothly and I have got myself a very good buy. It does however need substantial renovation and this is where Stephan comes in. The attention to detail and the dedication they both display is as if they are buying and renovating for themselves. I have total trust in both of them. Since this first purchase I have bought more flats which were exceptional value and the first has now been beautifully renovated. They can even provide a rental service through a partner. As a previous testimony said, Daniela and Stephan provide exactly what a foreign owner wants, total 'Peace of Mind'!

Daniela and Stephan are phenomenal! owning foreign property is not easy, but they made it very simple, and convenient for me.
