Located in the very heart of Barcelona, it is ideally placed for your search and between visits to enjoy the Old and Lively Centre of the city. It is only 10 min walk from the sea, the Marina, the commercial centre of Mare Magnum and the typical barrio of Barceloneta.

The streets surrounding the gothic catedral are only a street away. Plaza de Catalunya, where you may choose to arrive with the Aerobus, is only 10 min walk as well as all its surrounding shops and the start of Passeig de Gracia. On the other side, the Arc de Triumph and the Parc Ciutadella are 10 min walking away to.

Common space have been kept wider on purpose which allows a salon and dining room separated

The salon is equipped with a large couch which is easily converted into a true double bed (solid bed, not unfolding futon)

The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, microwave and washing machine

The terrace is reserved and locked for the tenants of the building. Because the second apartment on the same top floor has its own private terrace, the terrace can be almost exclusively used for relaxing times.

Located on the 4th floor, it is a quieter apartment with a lot of light and no direct vis-a-vis

The apartment possesses bay windows on 2 sides and has a direct, and nearly exclusive access to the roof terrace (although opened to all residents, it is rare when other tenants use it for leisure/meals)

The terrace and the salon give view on the well known towers of the emblematic church of Santa Maria del Mar (a rare view).

At night, especially in the Spring and Summer), the towers are lighted, for a relaxing evening on the couch.

As you can see on the picture, the market de Santa Caterina is only few steps away. The Catedral Santa Eulalia is only 100m immediately on the right.

8- A caution of 2 nights will be expected on arrival.
