The unique property market of Barcelona has eroded for 4 years now. Government economical actions, local initiatives to modernize the city but also the growing interest of investors, private or professionals, have affected in the past year the promises of property acquisition in Catalonia.

Many of you ask us if numbers may illustrate the outcome of such evolution in our market area. Besides our own field experience, we regularly seek to provide updates on its trends. Although value is sensitive to the property type, its location and its prestige, we are witnessing a levelling of costs and opportunities. If you are an investor in larger assets, we can testify that interest is culminating in both the quantity of demands and the conversion of opportunities into actual offers.

To illustrate our day-to-day observations, we have updated our market section with new trends. After 3 days at the London´s Place in the Sun salon, we are pleased to report that we have met and spent quality time with many property enthusiasts. Some of you shared your own affection for our city, others discovered a place very different from the more general Spanish coastal offers and some of you were more professionally motivated by the potential of the area.

We hoped that we were able to convey the same envy which brought us to Barcelona and brought us to develop activities to ease a process which should be paved with smiles from your dream to holding the keys of it. 

If you feel that you lacked time to speak with us or your schedule did not allow you to benefit in person from our visit, drop us a line or better, come for a weekend… we will be glad to share our perspective and advice you on the destination which should come first to your mind.

But if your profession demands more, do not hesitate to contact us as well. Our services also include the full assistance to investors and groups, such as drivers, events, reservations… more to come in the business section of this site.

Joining forces with our partner in Real Estate, we will be present at the exhibition a Place in the Sun at London Olympia from 28th to 30th March 2014 in the Eva Fincas space C111.

We had announced that we would make available an apartment In the heart of the Ciutat Vella district to help with the organization and costs of your research stays. You have now the possibility to rent out an apartment to accomodate your few or many visits in search for the ideal Catalan property and when you must be present for administrative and purchase procedures.

It may additionnally be used if your new property does not permit to host all the members of your family and friends' reunion.
