PROPERTY CLEANING
Our cleaning service ensures that your property is maintained in good conditions after your departure and during your absence, to prevent unpleasant situations like insects, mould, humidity stains, etc...that may arise from variation of weather in a space closed for too long.

The General Standard Cleaning (available during stays for you or your guests)

It includes the kitchen (cupboards and appliances excluded), the bathroom (cupboards excluded), the floors, the dusting of all furniture surface (exterior only), airing all the rooms and rubbish removal.

Regular cleaning can be arranged during stays.

The Premium in-depth Cleaning (including after purchase or renovations)

A thorough cleaning is the foundation for all the regular cleanings. It includes all the services of the Standard cleaning plus : laundry of bed-linen and bathroom towels, replacement of toilet and kitchen paper rolls,

extensive kitchen cleaning (interior appliances, stove, hobs, interior of cupboards), extensive bathroom cleaning (interior of cupboards, shelves), crystals (interior and exterior), radiators, plugs and switches, shutters and blinds, external areas (balcony, terrace, patio)

Premium cleaning is ideal after long or mi-term rental - It may be combined with maintenance repairs (eg re-painting)

Special cleanings  (ask feasibility and cost for unlisted option)

• Curtains laundry 
• Duvet laundry
• Bed-linen and towels ironing
• Dry cleaning
• Swimming pool, etc...

The housekeeper will provide advice on any areas of cleaning requiring extra attention or identified needs of repair. The cleaning service can be combined with the Concierge service for cost efficiency.

2 options are available, Standard and Premium :

The Standard Cleaning does not include :

• Exterior
• Bedding and towel preparation
• Interior of furniture, including in kitchen and bathroom
• Interior of appliances
• Behind appliances

This standard cleaning is ideal for regular cleaning during your stay or visits of some of your guests.

 The Premium Cleaning includes the services of the Standard cleaning, plus :

• Extensive kitchen cleaning (interior of cupboards, fridge, freezer, oven)
• Extensive bathroom cleaning (interior of cupboards, shelves)
• Extensive living room cleaning (crystals, interior of cupboards)
• Exterior cleaning (patio, balcony or terrace)
• Radiators, plugs and switches

 It is also suited for post-purchase first cleaning or after renovation work.

Please add initial purchase of cleaning products and vacuum cleaner if these items are not available on first cleaning. They will subsequently remain yours and stored in your property. Later refills will be free of charge.

It is a one time purchase for the initial cleaning if it is not yet available at your property. Replacement of products is free of charge for subsequent cleaning orders

It includes the following :

• Cleaning products for the kitchen surfaces
• Cleaning products for the floor surfaces
• Cleaning products for the bathroom surfaces and toilets
• A broom, a mop and bucket 
• A vacuum cleaner

Products belong to the property owner and are left on location for your own use during a visit or the next Peace of Mind cleaning order.
