The Premium Preparation package for your property includes : all that is in the Standard Preparation package, plus a Welcome booklet made specifically for our owners, decoration of the property, organic products in the bathroom and the purchase/delivery of kitchen provisions (the price of this last service is not comprised in the package)
Kitchen provisions vary according to your personal selections. The Premium service illustrates the availability of the shopping, delivery and storage of the products. Provisions must be purchased as distinct items.

As a new owner and a professional, you may find essential to stay connected when you are visiting your Catalan home. Unfortunately, you may not be comfortable in Spanish, with the choice of the local providers, the understanding of their qualities and drawbacks. Furthermore, beside the wasted leisure time, your stay may not be long enough to meet the dates of installation proposed by the provider.
Thus for utilities such as Wifi or TV cable, we can assist in contacting the provider, organize the installation and supervise the process. We typically charge 34 euros (VAT excl) for the organization and 24 euros for the supervision.
Because the cost of waiting at your property may increase from our average estimates if we must attend more than 2 hours at your property, we advise you to consider coordinating the installation with our other services, such as cleaning or concierge to combine part of the fee of mobilizing one of our representative.
Because it is often the case, we may require from you prior to the installation a disclaimer stating your agreement if the utility provider must perform some work on your property (eg pierce a hole through walls for cables). We will naturally be attentive that the work is clean and discreetly positioned.
